The one 2 one service was great, before I walked through the doors I didn't no what I wanted, the gentleman helped me identify what I was looking for & a purchase was made.

This was the first time we visited your store and we were very pleased with the member of staffs knowledge of the products we were looking for and we were not rushed into making a decision. Tea and coffee was offered which we accepted and enjoyed. Would certainly shop there again.

Assistant was very helpful and knew all about the products

The assistant ME21 was very informative and knew a lot about the products, she was helpful without being overbearing and very patient as we tried several of the beds. She was very quick and efficant placing our order and went through everything to make it very clear what we would be paying.
