Very helpful and understanding staff

Wendy was the sales assistant who dealt with us, she was very helpful even though it was close to closing time she did not rush us at all, she was very very friendly, we took our 14 year old son with us who hates shopping, Wendy was very good with him she was chatting to him getting him involved. When we left my son said mum she was really nice.

I was worried about buying a new mattress but Wendy made it a pleasure, and I am confident we have the right mattress for us

We visited the store on three occasions before making our purchase. The staff were not 'pushy' but left us to look around first and when approached for advice were very helpful with their product awareness, explaining the difference between products and the benefits of one versus the other. When we explained what we were looking for they directed us to the best options available also showing us other options. When we made our final choice everything was checked and confirmed and the order to delivery process was outlined and explained effectively

We went into dreams and had a cheery good morning from a member of staff, we made our way to the tempur range. We were looking at the beds when Wendy came over and ask if she could help we told her what we were looking for, Wendy went through the tempur range she was very knowledgeable and knew what she was talking about. Then Wendy made us a cup of tea and left us alone to make our choice .

As we have shopped at Dreams before, we had no hesitation in going there for our next purchase.
