Dreams - Kettering

Hi We were given a warm welcome by Dream Assistant Darren, who we found to be a highly competent assistant, who took the time to make us feel welcome, understand our needs and situation, and who then proceeded to take us through the options that were available. Please pass our comments onto him (Purchased From Kettering Store, 3/1/17, Mr and Mrs Birch) We had bought our previous mattress from Dreams many years (9+) ago and came back to buy a new one. Darren was not only a decent chap, but highly knowledgeable about the subject (mattress and pillows) and we felt neither pressured or unhappy in any way with the service. After much testing and conversation we proceeded to buy a king size Tempur mattress and a couple of Tempur pillows, as these we found to be fabulously comfortable! The only slight downside is that delivery is a few weeks away! Cant wait! Thanks Darren and congratulations to Dreams, a lovely shopping experience. Regards Mr and Mrs Birch

We had decided what sofa bed we want but had a few questions about the product Wendy was very helpful we made our choice of product and paid for it Wendy was very helpful in sorting out a delivery date as we did not want it delivered until mid to the end of February you have a very friendly sales team who are very friendly and helpful

We were given all the options on our new matress. We were even given a pillow so we could test each matress, and pick the one that most suited us. Staff were excellent and not pushy at all!

Because we found what we were looking for and the staff were very helpful. No time wasted as staff helped us to decide on the item desired. Staff provided information about the item and they very clear and demonstrated knowledge of the item.

The colleague was extremely helpful and showed us a range of products which fitted our needs. She was also very knowledgeable concerning everything we asked her. We will definitely be returning for future products.

The sales man showed us exactly what we wanted to see and explained everything we asked. He was not too pushy or we would probably looked elsewhere.
