We had been to the store 2 days before just to browse and when we returned Wendy the store assistant had remembered exactly what we were looking for. I was very impressed with the quality of service provided.

The gentleman man who took our order was very friendly and made the whole process easy We have yet to receive our mattress so can't comment on that experience yet however if the mattress is identical to the shop one I can't wait for it to arrive and actually enjoy sleep again as it's so comfortable just like laying on clouds :) thank you

Wendy was our assistant and she was absolutely fantast on her approach and her knowledge was exceptional.Darren the store manager was also very helpful with his knowledge and helped us choose the item best suited to our needs. The service was a joy to experience thank you.

The gentleman (Darren) who served us had excellent product knowledge. He clearly advised us on which products were best for us, not just those which were most expensive. As a result, we ended up buying both a mattress and new pillows.

Customer service was spot on, very knowledgeable and precise.

We were assisted with our purchase by Michael at the Kettering branch, and he was extremely helpful answering all our questions that we asked him,and there were quite a few as we had not invested in a new mattress in many years, and the guys that delivered the mattress were excellent very polite and helpful.
