we turned up at the store, late on a sunday afternoon and the staff were still happy to help us, without pressure to hurry. We had had a stressful day so this was much appreciated. We were not pushed into buying more expensive items than needed (we were buying a bed for our guest room), but helped to get a good quality product at a reasonable price. All staff were friendly and genuine.

We were greeted upon arriving at the store. The sales assistant took time to listen to our needs and then offered us lots of options. He was very knowledgable about the products. We bought and took away our mattress in a short period of time. Great shopping experience.

The customer service was excellent including the cups of coffee and tea.We didn't feel pressured and the sales lady was knowledgeable also asking questions of us that we hadn't considered when buying the mattress.All in all it was a stress free experience and we will certainly return to Dreams again.
