The excellent customer service and product knowledge shown to us stopped us from shopping around, as we felt that we had been given the best advice and price for what we had been looking for. We only went shopping for a new mattress but also brought a new bed frame as well, as the offer was to good to miss.

Excellent service provided by Wendy, she knew her product and did not try to "push a sale".

The Assistant was very helpful, friendly and courteous, and showed us many options and also whilst doing the order/paperwork also offered and gave us a cup of coffee each.
