Friendly welcoming atmosphere in the store. Very polite sales man went through all the information in detail and personalised conversation around children as we had our baby with us

Everything from walking into the store to the mattress being delivered went as smooth as clockwork. We were kept informed about delivery right up until they knocked on the door. All staff were pleasant & helpful.

The customer journey was just amazing. The store sale representative took us trough all the different technologies starting from the basic one to the most advanced. He gave us a better understanding of what key features we had to consider before buying a new mattress. Our initial budget it was lower than what we ended up spending but definitely we are happy to been guided through this journey and we are sure to do not regret the decision we took to spend more.
