Dreams - Kettering

Went into the store to buy a bed. The differing quality, construction and ratings of the beds was explained. Relaxed opportunity to try the mattresses and discuss the bases and headboards.

The sales assistant was very attentive, knowledgeable, affable and in no way pushy. More could learn from him.

The staff were very patient and very informative

Because everything was fantastic from the beginning to the end.

On entering the store the assistant was very friendly. Asked if I needed help just to ask. Which I like as I don't like to be annoyed wilst looking. When I asked for help the assistant was very helpful asking questions and listening to me. I explained to her what I was looking for and she showed me the best mattresses she thought would be ok for me. She have me the impression that it didn't matter how long I took. I have shopped at dreams before and will shop there again.

This is the 3rd bed we have purchased as a family in the last 12 months and the service and advice in your kettering store was perfect , my daughter having had the best advice in Kettering as she lives in London bought her bed in London, we bought the same bed for us in Kettering, and now we have helped our 94 year old mum buy her bed in Kettering having been served every time by the same gentlemen. This time he actually took the order , we felt guilty as he did all the sale talk on all 3 beds but was not in the shop when we returned to place the order .

We found the store was very well laid out,it didn't take us long to find what we were looking for, the member of staff was very pleasant and helpfull.

I really liked the colleague at your Kettering branch, Michael Egan. He was very helpful, friendly, funny and just generally really nice. Questions were dealt with straight away and he explains things fully. I also like how organised (and clean) the store is and how all the beds are arranged in categories so it was extremely easy to find the firmness I wanted. I will definitely be back again.
