The staff in the Ketterimg branch are very friendly and made me feel relaxed, unrushed and valued. There were so many bed to choose from but Melanie was very patient and knowledgeable. She told us she had only worked in Dreams for 3 months but she must be a fast learner. She not only let us try out many mattresses, but after we had decided on the Tempur, she also suggested the mattress cover and a pillow. I am very satisfied

staff were extremely helpful I was greeted immediately when I entered stored I explained what I was looking for and which models I liked, the member of staff dealing with my order knew exactly what mattresses to show me as soon as I'd explained my needs to him cannot fault him at all ordering was quick and easy very satisfied

Staff ere very knowledgeable and helpful. Most pleased with being allowed to test the mattresses for ourselves. Able to chat and ask for help when we needed it, without being bombarded!
