Dreams - Kettering

it was my first ever visit to Dreams (Kettering) I was approached by a very helpful, friendly, polite lady called Maria. I explained that I am 'hard of hearing' and she assisted me perfectly and looked after me throughout my whole visit. Maria was very informative, knowledgable, and a lovely person to 'deal with', she made me and my Sister's visit very nice. Thank you Maria.

The young lady assistant was very keen to ensure I bought the right item after I had explained my needs, and she went to a great deal of trouble to achieve that end. This was the same person who helped my wife and I to choose a new mattress a few months previously, and her enthusiasm has certainly not faded.

Maria was extremely helpful in aiding us choosing our products. She was knowledgeable and gave us time to make our decision.

The lady who met us was very helpful and friendly. She was easy to understand and explained all about the beds and price range. And she didn't try and push for a sale which was nice. The Kettering store is very well laid out so we could see all the beds and mattresses from all angles. And very clean.

I was very impressed with the Sleep Match machine in store. There was an ex display mattress at a bargain price available in which I was matched to. So overall I’m very pleased.
