Given a lot of help as oaps we couldn't, make our minds up but we weren't, hurried at all also we were given a nice cup of coffee

I visited the kettering store on a very hot day and Michael who was working on his own assisted me with my interest on the ottoman bed and mattress he was very thorough with his knowledge left me to browse the shop while he assisted another customer then came back to me when I was ready to place my order.. Lovely guy who knows he's job....

We were given very good information on the types of mattresses available. Also which ones would suite our needs

Was approached to ask if I needed help straight away. (Had waited in another store for help a few minutes before and walked out!) Gave a detail of what I needed, got specific advice and got the product I needed cheaper than previous store!!

Melanie was very polite, professional, let me browse the store first letting me find my feet then gave expect advice. she was not pushy at all.

Our advisor Michael was extremely helpful, knew everything we needed to know, advised us on what's what and helped us make he right decision in the end. The bed we choose is fantastic and couldn't be more pleased with the overall service!

within 30mins. we had selected our bed/matress/headboard and, with the staff assistance, ordered paid and been given a probable delivery date. very happy..
