Melanie came over to us straight as soon as we entered the store. We had quite exact measurements needed and had an idea of what we were after. She quickly understood this and walked us through our options and explaining each bed in detail. She was very thorough in talking through matresses and I feel we chose the best one for our needs, based on her guidance.

Friedly in store team. Item that I wished to purchase was explained (inflable bed). No pressure to buy. Lost a small item in this store. Not worth anything at all. Staff phoned me to say that it had been found and would keep it safe for me until I could go back to the store to collect it. Go team Kettering.
