Great team. Very approachable and knowledgeable. Listened to our needs. Cup of coffee offered which is a nice touch. Have bought our last 2 mattresses from the kettering store and now a bed. Very pleased

Wendy who served me was friendly, knowledgeable and genuine. I dislike entering any store where I am 'pounced' upon as soon as I enter. She gave me space and time to consider my purchases.

Melanie who served us in the Kettering store was very helpfull had good knowlege of the products she was selling Her personality and costomer seevice was excelant I would go back to Dreams because of the excelant service
