Not bothered by staff until advice was needed then great knowledge and experience came into play, very satisfied.

We was welcomed by a lady named Melanie in the kettering store. She took the time to find out from us what our needs were. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured into buying a mattress we didn’t want. Melanie was extremely polite, friendly and professional when we came into the kettering store and I would ask for her again in person if and when me or my family go into this store again

We were swiftly assisted by Melanie who had good product knowledge and a friendly and helpful attitude. Would definitely use again. Thank you
