Melanie, the assistant, was knowledgeable, helpful and cheerful.

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable about the products and guided us to the best option for us. Ordering was easy and we had a choice of delivery dates.

Michael who served was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. We used to live near Kettering but now live in Hyde, Cheshire and were extremely surprised when we were advised of free delivery to Hyde.

We purchased our current bed and mattress from Dreams, which is why we came to Dreams again for our new bed. Melanie was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She explained the various types of mattress, allowed us to try them out and gave us time to look round the store at our pace and decide what we wanted. Melanie was available when needed to answer questions that we had. We were made to feel comfortable and offered a hot drink while we went through and placed our order. Melanie explained the finance as we went along. We are very pleased with the whole experience and would not hesitate in recommending Dreams.

Wendy was very helpful, showed us all the matresses in our requirement range, she was very efficent and talked us through all the related products, a joy!

Salesperson Michael Egan was very knowledgable about the products we were interested in but at no time made us feel it was a sales pitch. We were offered refreshments and he was interested in making sure we were happy with our choice. It was a pleasant change not to feel pressured into a sale.
