Good service, knowledgeable attentive staff, quick process.

The sales assistant, Melanie, was extremely helpful and demonstrated a number of beds for us. We were looking for an ottoman bed and found just what we were looking for. Her knowledge of mattresses was good and we did not feel hurried whilst choosing the correct one. The order process was quick and very well explained. Would certainly recommend Dreams to others and would go back there again for our next bed.

We visited on two occasions, the first time to look at what was available and the second time to order our bed. On both visits we were helped so well but never felt that we were being pushed in to making a decision then and there.
