Michael was an honest and friendly salesman and provided us with effortless customer service. His product knowledge was exceptional and the service provided was very helpful. He quickly built rapport with us, making us feel at ease and at home in the store. He started by giving us a broad overview of the mattresses and gave us time to try these out, providing us with very useful advice, knowledge and insights for the different styles of mattresses. Michael offered us a cup of tea as we enjoyed lying on each mattress and relaxing! He was then able to help us make the right decision of which sofa beds to purchase. When it came to purchasing our new bed, mattress and sofa bed, it was done very quickly and efficiently. Our customer journey was fun, smooth and enjoyable. This was a very exciting day as we purchased these items for our first new home together as a newly married couple and Michael made this very special :)

I don't usually like being approached when I go into stores I like to browse by myself but the person who served me Melanie Carr made me feel very comfortable with her showing me all that you had to offer her knowledge was very good she did not have to read the information that you have with all your products she gave me the information and was very knowlegable and helped me pick the right mattress for me. My whole experience with shopping at Dreams was an absolute delight. I had undivided attention from a very informed assistant and nothing was too much trouble. I took a while to test out a number of different mattresses and I asked a lot of questions until I made my decision which, in the end, was unequivocal. I was not rushed, I was allowed as much time as I needed and given all the attention and information I required (I was even offered tea or coffee). Then, after having made my purchase, I left the store on cloud nine! Thank you, Dreams.
