Michael knew his product and was very helpful but not pushy.

Darren was exceptionally helpful on both days when we visited the store. He understood our requirements and helped us choose correctly.

A good selection of low to high cost beds with some excellent makes available offering high quality mattresses and divans. Pricing and options were discussed and order process straight forward with clear understanding of price, terms and delivery options. All round an excellent experience and we will be back for additional guest beds soon.

On entering the store we had time to browse,And then we were greeted by a helpful and pleasant assistant.She showed us the products we were interested in and gave full and detailed information on them...Payment and delivery were second to none...Very quick and easy.

Wendy was extremely helpful and patient with us while choosing our mattress. She even offered us a coffee!

This was the second time buying was expecting to have a discount as have bought 4 beds within a year. They should be some incentives for customers like myself

Lovely service from the minute we arrived in the store. We was offered refreshments, and we had a thorough look around. When we tried out the beds, we received firmer, more suitable pillows from one member of staff. Also, he confidently opened a drawer on one of the beds, and stood in it to show how reliable the furniture was and the quality of it. Friendly, confident staff made me, my partner and child feel very comfortable. The bed only took four days to be delivered so we was satisfied with this. They took the bed straight upstairs to our room - again, very satisfied with the service. Thankyou Dreams.

Really good and knowledgable service from Melanie. Came in on Saturday and went bak to order on Sunday and she remembered what I was looking for and helped quickly.
