Dan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all our questions, regarding the Tempur mattresses, which we have purchased. We recommend this store.

We went to Dreams just to have a look and Wendy was so lovely and helpful, and without being forceful like other sales staff in other stores, that with her gentle guidance we actually ordered a new bed and mattress and will definitely recommend her at the Kettering branch

The machine that measures your body is a great idea and it was the first time I had used one. It helps to eliminate much of the guess work finding the ideal mattress since lying on one in a shop for 3-5mins is no representation of what lying on one for 8 hours would be like! Also, I was told there is a 40 day chance to change the mattress if I am not happy with it. Dan at the Kettering store was the gentleman who helped me and seemed very experienced with great knowledge and I found that very reassuring that I was purchasing the right product for me.

Friendly and knowledgeable service also a good selection of beds available to try out.

Wendy was so helpful throughout our whole visit. She made sure we had drinks and got to try all of the mattresses that were most suited to us after being scanned. She was so friendly and funny too!

Lisa who advised us in your Kettering store was patient, listened to us, spent time helping us choose, gave us very good product knowledge, found us the right mattress at the right price. Lovely staff with sense of humour that made buying a pleasure. Maria and Lisa were both very helpful and sorted delivery to suit me. You are asking for ways to improve your service, the only thing I can say is "If it ain't broke don't fix it" Don't let some clever clogs with a degree in origami suggest crackbrained "improvements"

All members of the dream staff were from start to finish very kind, polite, and very knowledgeable of the products they were selling, a big thank you to Lisa for all her time and patience with us. Looking forward to a good nights sleep in our new bed. kindest regards Mr and Mrs Murray.

We were greeted quite quickly by a member of the team when we entered the store and asked if we needed help. She took us through all our needs and then showed us what she had available. She seemed very knowledgeable.
