Michael at the kettering branch was fantastic both being disabled we could not ask for a better service and limited funds (on benefits) was not an issue thank you

I have some back pain and so chosing the right bed for me was critical. Melanie at the Kettering branch was fantastic. She took time to listen to me and then she explained all the technical details that I needed to look for and be aware of before making a purchase. She made some recommendations but without being pushy. At no time did I feel she was doing a "sales pitch" on me. I felt more like I was talking to a friend who wanted to make sure I was buying a product that was absolutely right for me. Melanie gave me time to try out the beds without standing over me but when I had a question she was right there and had the answers. She also got me pillows to try so I could get an authentic feel for how the bed would be at home. Melanie was brilliant and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to other people.

Clear information & Guidance from Michael, who worked as quickly as possible to sort a technical glitch whilst ordering.

Not jumped on by assistane as soon as l walked in, if they had l would have left.

Been in the kettering branch many times through 2017 , trying to decide on which mattress would be best suited for my husband and I , finally made that decision ,with the help and guidance of Melanie who was very professional and very knowing on all the mattresses to suit our requirements . Melanie was always pleasant and always took time with us the times we went in the store 2017 .

The service I received was both friendly and informative. I was able to specify a date for delivery and all information was explained clearly whilst enjoying a complimentary cup of coffee. The prices are the best in the bed sale business too.
