Our salesman Michael was really helpful. Our youngest son has special needs and he took a lot of time to explain things to him when he was choosing his mattress. The service was exceptional and he also gave us s deal on a new pillow pack.

Great customer service from Michael. He was very knowledge, guided us to the best product to suit our needs and was not pushy.

As the shop was empty of customers I had the full attention of a female member of staff to direct me to the appropriate mattresses of my choice than talk about - and try - the mattresses and then moved straight on to discuss payment, delivery etc with a male member of staff.
