Excellent service in the store. Easy process choosing, right level of help made the whole process relaxed. Very friendly atmosphere in store which put us all at ease. Ordering was a simple job, we chose a Saturday for convenience. Took advantage of an offer on bedding (mattress protectors, pillows, duvets). Delivery guys rang at 7.30 with a 2 hour slot which was much appreciated. Arrived 15 minutes before they were due on one of the most snow disrupted weekends we've had for many years.

Good customer service and all was offered a hot drink whilst in store

I'm disabled and need some assistance to get on and off the bed, my daughter was with me, but your assistant was equally helpful even when I said I slept with pillows, she obliged by getting another pillow. Thank you.

Immediately greeted by Wendy who was welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. After discussing what we were looking for and the way we slept, Wendy knew exactly what we needed and the first mattress she let us try was the one we bought. Wendy explained everything clearly so we knew exactly what to expect and what we were paying for. In terms of customer experience, spot on, couldn’t have wished for anything else (apart from a shorter lead time on delivery).
