Michael who assists us with our purchase was charming, helpful, and understanding of our needs. He was non-judgemental on how much or how little we wanted to spend (my husband was in his dirty, scruffy work clothes at the time and we had just had a poor customer experience in a store next door). Michael answered all my husbands technical questions with charm and humour despite it being close 7:30pm. Michael is a credit to your organisation.

Micheal and Wendy were extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well.

We tried lots of the beds under the instructions of the sales assistant, we didn’t feel pressured to make a quick decision.

I was dealt with immediately, the lady was friendly and knowledgable concerning the products. She was also local and I feel local knowledge is always helpful.

The assistant was very helpful and assisted me in finding what I was looking for in my price bracket. They were very knowledgeable and felt they went out their way to help me. I wasn't rushed into anything. We were offered drinks while waiting for the order to be put through.
