Dreams - Kettering

We had about 4 years previously bought a bed from Dreams, and since downsized. When downsizing our local Dreams outlet had closed/moved so we used another retailer, where we did not get the same excellent, caring service and the goods turned out to be a lot inferior. So when we decided on a new bed we returned to where we knew we would get the quality service/advice and goods that we had previously experienced, which were provided by Melanie, (validation code 211).

We had previously bought a bed from Dreams, and were very impressed with the service and quality of goods.Since downsizing and requiring a new bed, our local Dreams outlet had closed/ moved, and so used another retailer. The experience and the goods were as good, so when we decided to get a new bed, we returned to where we knew we would get the service and quality goods we wanted.

I only planned on window shopping, but after a few minutes of browsing I was approached in a very pleasant manner by a shopping colleague. She was very helpful and I was easily persuaded to make a purchase. I was offered a drink and given all the information I needed to make a decision that I don't regret.

I had been to the store previously about 3 months ago to view the Dreams products to help make my selection and the assistant remembered me and which products I was interested in.

The rep was extremely knowledgable and helpful during our visit. We were shown a wide range of mattresses and able to try them before making our decision.

From the moment we walked into the store, sales assistant advised us about the offers that were available, but with NO pressure, made us try as may mattresses as we wanted, all the staff are so friendly at the Kettering branch, we never go else where to purchase a bed, as you ill provide a good selection at reasonable pricing and excellent customer service....... why will we want to go anywhere else. All your shop assistance are fab-U-lous
