Dreams colleague (Melanie) was very helpful and knowledgeable. We didn't feel pressured in store and left to view products at another store before returning to make the purchase (based on quality / value for money).

Shop was open early on the bank holiday. Clean bright shop. Excellent customer service Easy of order and short delivery date.

Sales person was quick to narrow down the mattress I wanted as I did not have a lot of time

Wendy was very helpful, took time to understand our needs and went through all the options. I felt very comfortable dealing with Wendy as no pressure was used to buy, but just excellent knowledge and service.

On entering the store,Melanie greeted us with a friendly introduction,she asked of our specific needs and personal preferences and with her experience and knowledge she was able to advise us on the beds that would best suit our needs. She gave us time to select the right bed for us and listened to the feedback we were giving her. We were very impressed with her service

Employee who helped us was highly knowledgable in all areas. Informed us all the different products. He went out of his way find us bedside table which wasn’t even available at the time of the order. Quite simply a very pleasant experience.

The staff were very helpful from the moment we walked into the store in Kettering, Wendy explained everything we needed to know about the the tempur mattresses, it was just deciding which one to choose as they are so comfortable, after a time of trying them out back and forth we finally chose the tempur mattress for us and we also decided to get the tempur cloud pillows as well.
