From ordering in the store (Kettering store)whom the sales assistant (Wendy)was very good spent time making sure the products we bought were right for us to the time the bed and wardrobes were fitted and put together we were more than happy. Infact we placed another order. 😊

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I was approached when I arrived into the store and guided through my buying experience which was very helpful. I could see the products I wanted, test them, get advice, and then followed through to purchase. Very easy

the gentleman that served us was very helpful and efficient, he took his time to make sure we got exactly what we needed, and did not push us into something we didn't need, as so many company's do. so off putting when your making a large purchase.

Because of the helpful staff and the service we received, we were only in store for about 15 minutes before we’d decided what bed we wanted. We had anticipated it to take a whole day almost, so we were pleased with how quick we sorted a bed.

The staff were welcoming and remembered us on sight from our recent visit and purchase. We were not rushed and felt comfortable

Wendy was lovely, very caring to our daughter who didn't feel very well. The price we were quoted was very good and we managed to make use of the sale. I am a qualified sleep practitioner and her knowledge regarding sleep and her advice was good.
