Melanie was very helpful and considerate with my husbands needs in spending time and explaining about the matresses.

We were expecting that buying two mattresses would be a tedious, lengthy affair, with so much choice available, and us being vague about our requirements, "soft, but not too soft ." However, that lovely lady,Wendy, was quick to ascertain our needs and , given a smaller choice and lots of helpful advice, our purchases turned out to be quick ,easy and , with a refreshing cuo of coffee, and chatting with Wendy, the whole experience was really enjoyable. The whole package, including quick delivery, arrangements for return of old mattresses, and peace of mind guarantee, I am sure could not be bettered in any other firm. We are really looking forward to the comfortable sleeps we will enjoy once our new mattresses arrive next week. Thank you, and special thanks to Wendy.

When I walked into Dreams, I had been completed ignored by staff in a different shop. As soon as I walked in Melanie acknowledged my presence and came straight over to me. And in less than 15 minutes she had me talked me through the different types of mattresses and I found my ideal mattress at half price which was a bonus. It’s the little things that matters - I was highly impressed by your customer service. I can’t wait for my mattress to delivered. Thank you Melanie for your help!

Melanie was most welcoming, knowledgeable and very patient with me, whilst I went from mattress to mattress and back again trying to decide which I liked best. She also explained and showed me a sample of the inside of a mattress. She told me about collection of my old mattress and the fact it would be able to be recycled. I was even offered a drink ! She is a credit to your Kettering store.
