Staff were friendly and not pushy. Was offered bed machine to find the right mattress for us, staff member Lisa showed us all our options then allowed us to talk it through without feeling pressurised.

Friendly helpful staff, not pushy with the sales pitch, very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable and wanting to purchase from this shop.

Wendy the sales advisor was super, knowledgeable about the products but not pushy, taking time to explain the different benefits of each mattress and why they feel different. Was sold to in a way that was enjoyable and made it easy to make the purchase.

Store assistant very friendly and service was very quick and straightforward we visited the store with our 2 young children aged 2.5 years and 4 months so speed was needed. The assistant was friendly towards our son and us.

It was very relaxed and Dan couldn’t have been more helpful. We couldn’t have chosen a bed without him.

We were served by LISA, who was very good. She answered all our questions, was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. She made buying two beds a much easier process than I had imagined when my wife suggested visiting your shop. Placing and paying for the order was easy and it was so nice to deal with a human being (not internet).

Lisa the sales lady was brilliant she really took the time to listen to what we wanted and show us the appropriate products , the store was well organised and spotlessly clean , we where very pleased with our shopping experience and the products on offer , and even with the added stress of having our two toddlers with us bouncing on the beds, we spent all afternoon testing and trying out all the choices to find our perfect bed .
