Dreams - Kettering

The Store manager was friendly and helpful, explored many options for us. He set up our purchase quickly. Happy with the selection in the store, would like more colour options for some items. (fabric bed frames)

darren was very friendley but not pushy at all and delt with our request very quick , his knollage was also very good.

Wendy was excellent, very friendly and interested in our needs. She offered us several options, without being pushy and gave us space to browse and take time to think over different options.

The colleague who helped us struck the right balance between 'distance' and 'assistance' (as opposed to some shops [I'm thinking DFS] where you are often 'pounced on', often more than once, or [Dreams] where you can be followed just in case you have a question), and clearly new a great deal about the range, the pros and cons of each bed on offer and was generally very, very helpful.

Wendy was excellent at customer care and provided a high end service helping us choose our mattress. She was highly knowledgeable and guided us to what suited us best.

Michael was very informative and generous with his time and knowledge. We appreciate his guidance and his offer of a free drink. We are very pleased with being able to book a set day of delivery. We look forward to receiving our purchase in the next few weeks.
