Fast service with staff approaching fast and establishing wants and needs and showing the choices without being pushy to complete a sale

Assistant good knowledge of goods and left me time to look around the store on my own without high pressure of selling. Upon decision very helpful and did not feel pressurised in buying. Completion of sale completed satisfactorily.

The assistant who we dealt with was helpful friendly and knowledgeable especially when we were uncertain on making a choice

From the minute we entered the store we were met by a very friendly and attentive member of staff who took time to show us products to match our requirements, and displayed exceptional knowledge of the products that she showed us. At no point did we feel we were being pressured into making a purchase

Wasn’t quite sure what we were looking for but had an idea , the lady was very helpful and not pushy and answered all questions that we asked most helpful

We found Wendy at the Kettering branch to be very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and not too pushy. She gave my husband and I the opportunity to try out various options both with mattresses and pillows. She did not make us feel hurried or under pressure and we therefore went away and thought about our options and placed our order a couple of days later specially with Wendy. We had also previously purchased our new bed from the same store knowing that we would return when ready to purchase the mattress. Looking forward to receiving the mattress and getting a good nights sleep!!

I was over the moon with my appointment in the dreams store in Kettering Northamptonshire. My sales assistant Michael was extremely helpful. I went in for a bed, came out with a mattress and two new amazing pillows. I’ve recommended to all my family and friends. My mum has now ordered herself a new mattress from dreams. Michael (sales assist) was very precise on finding the suitable bed for myself. Very good eye for detail and put my needs first! So a big thank you to him!

Wendy was very kind and helpful, we arrived at the store late in the day and she was happy to help, very chatty and advising us of our options to buy. We had been into the store previous times to look at the bed and mattress we wanted and Wendy’s polite and kind manner really made a first time home owners bed buying experience a pleasure
