Greeted on entering the store and the lay out of the products was explained. Highly satisfied at this point and said we didn't need any further help. This same lady then became a little intrusive as she kept returning with " I know you said you don't need any help but...." This irritated. However after 4 or 5 interruptions she eventually got the hint. After I while I had narrowed it down between three mattresses and a gentleman clearly picked up on this and came to offer his advice. He was very knowledgeable and he was helpful but allowed us to make our own mind up. It is based on the final gentleman's input that I am highly satisfied. I suggest that other staff member take note and time their approach to customers appropriately. First explain the lay out as it was to us and give basic information regarding the products and the offers available and then leave people to browse and narrow their choices before further input. There was a point I was ready to walk out as I don' like being hassled. I have judged based on my full experience and not focused on the one small detail that wasn't so positive

The products available were varied and the information available that which we required.

When we went in the store there was a sales assistant available right away. I asked for a more-budget-end mattress for myself in a double bed size. The lady (name tag said Wendy) knew straight away a few to show me and helped pick the best one for me. She got fresh pillows so I could test a few different ones and was so helpful and lovely. We picked a delivery day that was convenient for me and she answered all my questions really well.

sales assistant was very knowledgeable and very helpful when we had chosen are purchase she made us a lovely cup of tea while we done the paperwork.

Very satisfied with the staff, served by melanie validation code 211. she did more than was asked of her. took my health into consideration whilst feeling faint with the heap. despite viewing several shops, it was her consideration that stood out, wasn't the cheapest,but her kindness made me come back because you showed you care.

Melanie, our customer assistant, had a good all round knowledge of the beds and also went into detail about our needs. She gave us time to talk to each other and discuss our options and didn't try to sell us anything but just pointed out what might meet our requirements and she was able to answer any questions which we had.
