Friendly service when we visited the store and the assistant was very knowledgeable about products and took time to understand our requirements. No hard sell just well delivered customer service which meant we were happy to purchase.

MICHEAL WAS VERY HELPFUL AND EXPLAINED THE BENEFITS OF AND THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF MATTRESSES AND HE WAS FRIENDLY, BUT AT NO TIME PUSHY. WE HAVE NEVER SPENT SO MUCH BEFORE ON A BED, BUT FEEL CONFIDENT THAT THE MATTRESS WE PURCHASED WILL HELP GET A BETTER NIGHT SLEEP. MICHEAL ASSURED US OF THE GUARANTEES AND SAID IF MATTRESS REALLY DIDN'T SUIT HAD A GOOD AMOUNT OF TIME TO CHANGE IT.

Because we were not pressured into purchasing the most expensive but the correct bed and mattress which suited our needs. Michael, at Kettering store, very helpful. It was nice to be able to have his help but time to look around on our own too.
