Spent time with me to check my needs and then tested multiple beds and pillows. Good suggestion to test all pillows with the mattress I had decided upon was a great idea.

the shop assistant wendy was very freindly polite and well knowlaged in the product we wanted and helped us in every aspect and made it easyer for us to decide on our purches

The shop was clean and well set out. The sales assistant was friendly and knowledgable, we were directed to appropriate items and given a variety of options to consider. She took time to listen to our requirements. We were not rushed to make a decision or make a purchase. I would recommend this store to others as at no time did I feel under obligation, the sales assistant was professional and we were given space to try out the mattresses for comfort.

The store is clean and tidy. The walls and ceilings are clean and welcoming. The staff are very friendly as we we're offered tea or coffee. We were allowed to take our time. The staff are very knowledgeable as we thought we'd be there for sometime but the staff got us to try three mattresses and within those three mattresses tries, we were very impressed with how quickly and relaxed we were in those mattress tries and had quickly fallen in love with a mattress. The mattress we'd liked and ordered was so comfortable, that it felt like you'd just been to a spa day, I was so relaxed.

Melanie was very informative, friendly and welcoming. She didn't pressure us into buying anything but accomdated our needs and helped us find what we wanted. Was pleased to see the 2 bed frames we had viewed online were also in store for us to see for ourselves.
