We were well looked after by Wendy at the Kettering branch, she was helpful and knowledgeable without being too pushy and left us time to browse first on our own. She made us tea and coffee when were ready to sit and place our order. The experience felt relaxed and friendly plus she thought I was a lot younger than I actually am which is always a gold star in my book!!

From the instant we entered the shop we were put at ease the assistant was. Very knowledgeable &was quick to understand exactly what we were looking for.We tested the bed which was most comfortable the right height , comfort.softness.everything we were looking for.

I was happy with the visit, the only thing that could be improved is the delivery, the option to choose an am or pm slot as standard on a date that suits the company e.g I would like a morning slot on a Friday and happy to wait fir a few weeks till one is available. 24hrs notice fir a delivery slot is not good for arranging time off work.

The assistant was brilliant she was confident new her knowledge of mattresses very well and made you feel you already new her. She was friendly funny and quick and also explained how to care for the mattress. All in all a happy experience

Micheal was very knowledgeable and explained everything that we wanted to know about the bed and mattress that we were thinking of buying. After buying the bed and mattress we left the store very happy with the service we had received.
