Dreams - Kettering

having left Bensons for Beds and arrived at Dreams, the entire experience just did not compare. #WonderfulWendy greeted us with cheer, very product knowledgeable and guided us through a seemless customer interactive demonstration and process - no sales pitch or pater at all! We were offered refreshments and patience.. even when we realised we'd forgotten our card and put the order on hold - we took bets on whether she'd think we'd return. We giggled upon our return and #WonderfulWendy thanked us for returning - we can only imagine some of the types of customers retail experiences. All in all for our very first "expensive" mattress away from the likes of Next etc.. we were extremely pleased and are still smiling now. We cannot wait to take delivery of our Hypnos Mattress and sleep with our "his N her" cloud and spring pillows - #WellDoneWonderfulWendy you are a true credit to not only Dreams but retail as well! We'll certainly be enjoying a "Million Dreams" when our order arrives. Once again thank you :o)

All was good,nice and friendly staff

Assistant was very knowledgeable and asked lots of questions to establish our exact needs . He was not pushy in any way and very friendly. The delivery guys were very efficient and friendly too.

All attributes of the experience were perfect from the products down to the assistance of Wendy
