The staff had extensive knowledge of the products and were friendly and took time to explain and answer questions that we had.

Very friendly. The staff member was knowledgeable and helped answer all of our questions.

The manager was able to give us excellent information after listening to our concerns and requests. His product knowledge was excellent. His manner was pleasant and not pushy he gave us time to think and also didn’t tire of our need to keep trying.

Darren the sale assistant was more than helpful and answered all of our questions with ease. He clearly talked us through the different mattress styles and discussed our needs. The only down side to the visit is we have to wait a month for our lovely new bed and mattress, but all good things are worth waiting for. Please pass on my regards to Darren who done a lovely job taking care of me and my partner.

Because I was. I was just disappointed that the bed I ordered in the end was not in the half price sale!

The sales person knew exactly what i wanted and found the appropriate item straightaway, she certainly knew her job.

The staff were really friendly even though they were very busy. One member of staff (Melanie) even came over to apologise to us, (we were sat down waiting) and says she would be with us soon. She came back to us, led us through the sale and was extremely helpful.

Very happy with Melanie at Kettering branch she was very friendly and very helpful also Wayne and Ian who delivered and set my bed up were very friendly and did a great job 👍🏻

We went in three times and never felt pressured to buy. Wendy was attentive every time and made a real fuss of our new born baby which was lovely.
