Darren served us yesterday and it was nice to be advised by someone who has excellent product knowledge without being pushy, this is very rare in retail. We also arrived to the store quite late but never got the feeling that we had to hurry up so he could go home.

We were greeted almost straight away once we entered the store, I had looked online before coming to the shop and the assistant Wendy knew exactly what I was describing and took us to the bed. She was very patient while we picked out a mattress and was very cheerful and knowledgeable. We also came away with a pack of 4 pillows and a mattress protector, she she was obviously a good sales women too, as we had not intended to. Overall a very easy and straightforward process. Thank you.

Listened to what I was looking for and didn't try to sell me alternative products. Understanding of financial constraints, and offered the best possible product within my budget. I will be needing another bed for my second child very soon, and plan to return to the same store based on my experiences today.

Being pension age we didnt realise how many different types of fillings for mattresses were available. Darren was wonderful with his explanations and found us the perfect one for our needs. We had the best nights sleep last night on our new mattress
