Wendy,the store assistant, was very knowledgeable and was thorough in talking through all the various options available to us without being pushy. We were looked after and offered coffee and we felt we had had an excellent shopping experience.

Wendy our sales adviser was extremely helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy, very accomodating with trying out different mattresses, above all a saint considering the length of time we were in the store trying to decide !!!

I knew what I wanted before I entered the store, having seen it online on the Dreams website. I found it easily within the store. I was approached very quickly while looking at the sofa bed, and the staff member helped demonstrate how to convert it between functions. I proceeded with the purchase which was very quick and easy. Staff were friendly throughout.

I HAD PURCHASED A BED BACK IN 2019 WITH 2 PILLOWS. BOTH WERE VERY GOOD SO I DECIDED TO POP BACK AND COLLECT A FURTHER 2 IDENTICAL PILLOWS WHEN I NEXT NEEDED SOME FOR HOME

Everything was explained. Shown different beds and was explained what the difference was.
