melanie was super accommodating she found us a bed we liked which happened to be in a flash sale...bonus. while we sorted payment and delivery details we was offered coffee n tea which was nice on a cold day. happy all round. x

We had visited two other retailers in the area only one of whom sold the product we were interested in and on the face of it they were offering a good deal, however when we visited your store in Kettering the member of staff we dealt with gave us better service and advice than the other retailer and in the end put together an acceptable deal as well
