We were left alone until we needed assistance, Wendy was very easy to speak with and nothing was to much trouble, she was very knowledgeable too.

We visited the Kettering branch and the lady who helped us was amazing! She knew what my existing bed was when I told her what it was called (a bed I bought 10 years ago) then knew exactly which bed to guide us to in store. She listened to everything we had to say and made great suggestions to meet our needs! I’d definitely use Dreams again and believe you have a very valuable member of staff in your Kettering store!

My family visit the Kettering store yesterday. We had a fair idea of what we required before we entered, I.e an ottoman bed with a soft-ish mattress. We used the sleep match machine in store and it guided us to the correct mattress. Upon trying 3 mattresses we settled on the correct one for us. We were surprised that we were guided to a harder mattress than we thought initially (probably due to the poor mattress/ bed we already owned). The store assistant Michael was knowledgeable and, as a bonus, also entertained out 6 year old while we were deciding on the right bed which was good as it is an expensive choice in reality. I for one have never spent that amount on a bed before At no point did we feel pressured into buying something outside our means, we were informed of our choices and given the pros to each choice then we were left to make our decision and talk about what we wanted. Ultimately this purchase came down to my partner ‘the boss’. She has not been sleeping well for a while due to a bad back so I’m sure this will prove to be a great investment Thanks again Matt and Chell

Your salesman was very knowledgeable and listened to our request with consideration. His name was Michael and he showed your store up in very good terms. The time we spent there was most effective and the cup of tea/coffee was very welcome.

We were looking for a superking, which can be a little tricky. Wendy asked if needed help and noticed, before my husband said "no thanks" that I looked hesitant. So she asked if we were sure, and sure enough, we totally needed her help. She explained that we wouldn't be able to get many superking into our room in one piece so we were on the search for a zipped and she pointed us towards the few that met our needs. Super friendly and knowledgable. Made me never want to buy a mattress online again.

We were served by Maria. She was friendly knowledgeable and a great help dealing with my son. We will be back soon to get a new mattress for us.
