Excellent service by Michael, helped us find the perfect bed for us using the computer match thing and then helping us find the ones it suggested.

We arrived late in the afternoon, approx 5pm. We were the only customer, which was good. We were welcomed by Maria who had a good knowledge of the beds we were interested in. She made us a cup of tea. Maria was helpful and very pleasant. We particularly wanted an Ottoman bed and she showed us what was in the store. She was very helpful in explaining about the headboards and offered advice and explained the options carefully and gave us time to choose. We tried various mattresses and Maria was able to advise on suitability for our needs. Although time was ticking on to closing time she didn't hurry us. We didnt actually think we would buy one that day - just looking - but after finding what we wanted we went ahead and bought a bed, mattress and headboard. Delivery scheduled for 2 weeks - which was fine, although one week would have been better - but no worries !

We were met by sales assistant Maria, she was very friendly but wasn’t pushy at any time. Introduced us to the sleep analysis beds and then took us through each of the recommended beds, explaining the details of each one.

I am happy with the professionalism of staff in the store in Kettering. Staff were very helpfull, knowldgable and understanding. Offered me flexible options and took their time in explaining the technicalities.

Maria looked after us from start to finish, she was friendly and competent and wanted to help with a smile 😀 She is an asset to your company!

Friendly staff, listened to our needs and requirements. Even when we left and went back after comparing prices with other high street retailers.

Helpful staff clean store easy to navigate

Had to go in twice, once was before bed was delivered as we just needed a mattress so went to look with my daughter. Chap was great and talked through how often it would be used and who by to understand needs as is only in a spare room, he understood what we needed and gave suggestions. We are waiting a week for delivery and I also bought pillows and a sheet there after measuring and going back post bed delivery to purchase mattress.

Friendly staff. Knowledgeable. Did not crowd us or press to hurry. Felt relaxed and in safe hands
