The assistant Maria was very friendly, helpful and professional. I felt safe and comfortable that she knew what she was doing when she put me on machine to see what type of mattress I needed. Her product knowledge was excellent and once again I felt safe that her advise was in my best interest rather than trying to sell me an expensive item. I was also absolutely delighted that my mattress would be delivered so quickly, only six days for ordering. The two delivery guys today were also friendly, helpful and professional but I didn’t get their names. Top marks all round.!

Loved the computerised dream bed, saved a lot of time from trying mattresses out. Also it understood my sleeping position which helped towards choosing the mattress that I need.

Fast delivery and good quality

Wendy was attentive and polite. She spent the entire of our visit with us and made sure we tried every bed she thought would suit us. After selecting the correct mattress she arranged a great delivery date.

Wendy was so helpful and I felt very satisfied with the service and attention and attitude I was given. I felt she took the time to meet my needs.

Very attentive staff who took time to listen to our request and make suitable recommendations for us. And also helped us to rule out some options which wouldn't have worked for us.

We had total attention all the time in the store and were given all the information we needed.

We were very pleased with how we were treated from lying on the test bed to purchasing our bed. The assistent was very helpful the only down side is we have paid for it but haven’t received it yet. Delivery date is March 16 2022 Yours Truly Mr. Mrs .Bosworth .
