We went in to dreams looking for a new mattress, that was all the information we had. MICHAEL was incredibly attentive, knowledgable and kind. He let us use the sleep match machine to get a better idea of what we were looking for which was fab, he explained everything as we used the machine. Michael pointed us in the direction of all the options that would suit us best, he was full of information about each product. He allowed us space to choose ourselves and test each mattress out. The whole time we were in store he was amazing with our 3 year old daughter (huge thumbs up). We decided which mattress that we wanted and the order was placed quickly and easily. Overall A*** for customer service!
