Dreams - Kettering

The salesman who assisted my daughter and I was friendly and helpful without being in the least 'pushy' or 'overbearing'. His product knowledge was thorough and he didn't make us feel rushed in our decision over which mattress to purchase. My daughter used the machine which suggests the ideal mattress for her to be getting and the salesman then went through each of the suggested products with us. Very impressed.

We were dealt with at the Kettering branch by Wendy. Her service was exceptional, she was so warm and friendly. We were only looking Initially but after meeting Wendy we ended up purchasing a bed and a mattress! She had just the right balance if knowledge but so not so pushy that it put us off.

Maria who we dealt with was so helpful and patient without being pushing us.

From entering the store staff made themselves available to help me, I was just browsing comparing prices (I had already visited 2 other stores that sold the item I was looking for) when I was ready a member of staff then explained to me about the product I was considering. Very helpful not pushy, I was allowed plenty of time to make my mind up, all this taken on board I decided then this was the item for me and placed my order.
