The assistant was very helpful, personable and professional. She didn't rush us or pressurise us. We were encouraged to try lying on numerous beds (an obvious thing but not always offered/practical at other stores).

Customer assistant was very helpful took.us straight to the bed we were interested in and left us time to consider our options.

Store very clean. Staff were lovely and enjoyed our humour. Our sales person was very knowlegable, didnt pester us and gave us time to think. Very happy with the overall service we received! Would recommend.

Had seen a mattress on line, price looked good, was going to buy one of those you can put in the car, but the price and supposed quality was worth checking. Walked in the shop, the one I wanted was just in the door (suspicious and I being taken for a mug). But layed on it , felt good. Ordered, had a coffee, all sorted in about 12 mins
