The Sleep Match machine was really great and helped us understand what we needed and also enabled the store assistant to support and offer different mattresses to match our results, but also within the budget we gave him. He too was also very knowledgable about the different kind of mattresses and helped us find our purchase.

We gave this rating based on the helpfulness of a member of staff, Maria. However had we not spoken with Maria our rating would of been the complete opposite given our initial experience when entering the store. However, I would like to make a special call out to Maria, who was very informative, helpful and in no way pushy !! She took the time to understand our needs and requirements and then took the time (at our pace) to run through the options open to us, she also left us alone to discuss what we were thinking rather than standing over us which gave us that comfort that she wasn't pushing for the sale.
