Excellent customer service by Wendy at Kettering.

There were plenty of options of beds/mattresses/pillows to try and the staff were knowledgeable, patient, friendly and very helpful.

We were served by a very helpful lady called Maria who was extremely welcoming from the minute that we walked into the store. She advised and recommended to us products without being pushy. She is an asset to your company.

Our first contact in the store was with Wendy, she was extremely helpful giving us all the information without the hard sell. She encouraged us to sit on the bed and get comfy to make sure the bed/tv we were selecting was suitable for us. We said we needed to go home and measure our bedroom to make sure the bed would fit okay, Wendy acknowledged what we were saying without making us feel pressured. We left the store extremely happy. On our return to place the order Wendy acknowledged us straight away and made us feel that our custom was important and valued. We placed the order with the store manager who like Wendy was extremely friendly and polite. The complete experience was excellent and we will always use Dreams again. We are extremely happy customers and would like to thank Wendy for her excellent help when we were selecting our tv bed.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in. I said we were just looking for the time being, the young lad was very polite said to ask we if needed any help. Me and my mum wandered around a little and needed some assistance with an ottoman bed. A lady named Wendy came over to help. She was really friendly and happy to help. I said I was looking for a new bed and mattress. I'd already decided in the bed myself but needed help with the mattress. She lead me over to the sleep match machine. She was really knowledgeable about it. Helped me find the right mattress but didn't just point me in the direction of the most expensive which is what a lot of places do. She really seemed like she was looking out for my best interest as a customer. Explained all the insurance and added extras to me. Also made me a lovely cup of tea!

Maria, was extremely friendly and helpful and was not at all pushy, we didn’t feel any obligation to buy. She really knew your products and gave us time to make our minds up. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Really good customer service.
