Dreams - Kettering

Lisa was very helpful from start to finish, we knew which bed we wanted so she showed us how it worked then helped us with the mattress as we were unsure which one would be right. The help received was better then I expected after a poor experience with Furniture Village recently.

Quick service, just what I wanted, no bull from salesperson,

As we reached the door to the Kettering store we were greeted by Lisa who greated us with a smile and gently asked us what was our requirements.. We were asked to try a machine near by to sort out what level of comfort we required to meet our needs. We are in our late seventies so comfort and suport was high on our needs. We discused fully why, and what beds would meet our reqirements. I have been a sales person myself and admired the low presure of Lisa's presentation

We were in Kettering dreams and saw a bed that we loved, but it was unavailable at that time. Maria asked us to leave our name and number with her and she promised to ring me when the bed was back in stock. She did ring me back as soon as they had them in store. She was very professional and we are very pleased with her service. All the colleagues were friendly and than you for the nice cups of tea.
