Your staff member know as Wendy was very knowledgeable on your products and was not pushy in anyway which was nice to see. The older gentleman who greated us at the door was informative and explained the changes of how the store worked during Covid 19 out break. The new 3D scanner and bed equipment was very impressive and selected the exact mattress first time. The other staff members were very welcoming.

Elliot the assistant was courteous,not pushy and answered all questions. I did not feel pressured to buy at all. provisions for safety was excellent.well done Elliot ,9

The customer service we received from Maria was very good, she took the time to listen to what we were looking for and recommended we try out different mattresses to distinguish what ones would suit our needs best. She was completely impartial and did not try to influence our decisions which I particularly liked - she simply wanted to help us purchase the best mattress for us.
