Firstly we were given a lovely cup of coffee how I like it. Explained we could choose the base of our choice and the mattress of our choice.

I needed a bed urgently as my wife had fallen downstairs and broken her shoulder. she couldn't get ep stairs so needed a bed downstairs. I rang your store first then visited your store. all your staff were incredibly helpful to ensure I could receive the new bed within the week. your staff are a credit to the company

The salesman phoned back our number, as we got cut off, and we were able to discuss that we were on our way, as the store was due to close in 45mins. The salesman couldn't have done more to help my sister and I with choosing a bed and all the accessories we needed too. He was polite, helpful, knowledgeable and passionate about his job. He even stayed over closing time to ensure we could complete our order. His name was Matt Moss and we both agreed that he impressed us both with his helpful attitude and lovely manner with the customers.
